KLINGER Milam glimmer laminate, a soft sealing Mica material, has been specifically designed to master the rigors of high temperature sealing applications. It is the preferred choice for use in exhaust pipes, turbines, turbochargers, and fuel lines, and can withstand temperatures of up to 900 °C in continuous operation.
Its weight loss at 800°C is less than 5%. In combination with excellent chemical resistance to solvents, aggressive acids, alkalis, and mineral oils it offers interesting application possibilities.
KLINGER Milam PSS is a mica-based, fibre-free gasket material suitable for high temperatures up to 900°C and higher.
Mica-based sealing material with perforated 0.1 mm thick stainless steel reinforcement made of 1.4401 or AISI 316.
